"I was scared of pilates. Somehow I thought it was going to be really aggressive and hard. Lisa's kind and steady personality made me willing to try it. In a single session I felt so many new muscles. As a yoga teacher of 10 years this was mind-blowing. Pilates has since been a healing modality for my sciatica. Lisa is very mindful of my injuries and develops sessions toward figuring out what my body needs to strengthen. She also manages to roll with my outbursts of laughter and excitement when I discover entirely new feelings in my body."

Lauren Pilates

"I started doing Pilates with Lisa last February at the age of 63. I was worried that my old joints might not do well after twelve years of inactivity in a gym. Lisa soon showed me that I had nothing to worry about. She is the best at LISTENING to her students and adapting the exercises according to each one's needs and weaknesses. I wish I had started working out with her years ago!"
